Prominent Doctor, Fitness Expert and Professor

Dr. Ingo Froböse is one of the most prominent fitness experts in Germany. A former professional runner, Dr. Froböse now serves as a Professor of Prevention and Rehabilitation in Sports at the German Sport University in Cologne. He is also the head of the Center for Health and the Institute for Exercise Therapy and Exercise-Oriented Prevention and Rehabilitation at the university. 


Dr. Froböse has written numerous books on sports health and rehabilitation, including Power Through Pausing: How to Stop Stress, Switch Off Properly and Restart Powerfully (Gräfe und Unzer, 2016), and The Minimalist Fitness Program: Small Effort, Big Gain (Gräfe und Unzer, 2015), and regularly appears as an expert on European television shows.
