This diet can help break ingrained habits such as constant snacking. From a nutritional standpoint, the 1-day diet works to help rebalance your diet.
1. One-Day Diet with Rice
What you'll need:
- 150 g/ 5.3 ounces of brown rice (precooked and divided into 3 portions)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 apple
- Milk as desired
Cinnamon, sugar, honey, or lemon juice if desired
Mornings: | Lunch: | Evenings: |
