1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife
Preparation steps
1.
Simmer the celeriac in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain, refresh in cold water and drain well.
2.
Put the apples, celeriac and grapes into a bowl and mix with the yoghurt, lemon juice, pepper, sugar and stock granules. Mix in the walnuts and sprinkle with chives.
3.
Spoon into bowls and serve.
