2 Tbsps olive oil
100 grams Bacon (in slices)

50 Cherry tomatoes
2 honeydew melon (in wedges)
1 Ciabatta
100 grams cream cheese
75 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
grated Parmesan
fresh Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the onion and cut lengthwise into slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Trim the chile, rinse, remove the seeds and ribs and dice finely. Trim pepper, rinse, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small pieces. Brush mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, garlic and pepper about 5 minutes, set aside and keep warm. Heat remaining oil and cook the mushrooms for about 4 minutes, set aside. Cook the bacon until crispy. Rinse the grapes, halve and remove seeds if necessary. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut into quarters.

Cut the bread into slices and toast in the oven slightly.

Sprinkle the bread slices then with some fresh cheese, top with the prepared ingredients and garnish with cheese and herbs.
