- 12 green Lasagne noodle
- 300 grams Ground beef
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 garlic cloves
- ⅛ l Red wine
- 200 grams Mortadella
- 1 bunch parsley
- 750 grams Tomatoes (from a can)
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 85 grams grated Parmesan
- salt
- peppers
- Basil (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, remove and drain well. Brown the ground beef in olive oil. Peel and squeeze the garlic through a garlic press. Trim, rinse, and finely chop the vegetables and saute with the ground beef. Pour in red wine. Chop the mortadella and parsley and mix in. Mix in the tomatoes with cream and season with salt and pepper.

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a little tomato sauce. Arrange the lasagna noodles in a single layer and place a little meat sauce in the centers, roll up and place seam sides down in the baking dish. Top with the remaining sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 375°F). Garnish with basil before serving.
