4 chicken (ready to cook, with skin, about 160 grams)
350 grams Chanterelle
2 garlic cloves
400 grams small potatoes
4 thyme
2 parsley
salt
freshly ground peppers
400 milliliters dry white wine
2 Tbsps butter
4 slices Bacon
4 Tbsps Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the meat and pat dry. Rinse the mushrooms and dry. If the mushrooms are large, cut in half. Peel and slice the garlic. Peel, rinse and slice the potatoes.

Spread the potatoes and garlic on four pieces of aluminum foil. Sprinkle the chicken with parsley and thyme. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place on the foil. Form an edge with the foil and pour in the wine. Close the foil well and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Saute the mushrooms in butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Open the foil packets. Add the mushrooms and bacon. Bake for 10 minutes.

6.

Remove from the oven and unwrap the packets. Season to taste and serve drizzled with creme fraiche.
