- 0.333 cup butter (cubed)
- 3 ozs plain Dark chocolate (chopped)
- ½ cup light Muscovado sugar
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 cup Pistachio (roughly chopped)

1 große Bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Hand mixer mit Knethaken, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Kitchen towel
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/350°F/gas 4. Grease and base line a shallow 20cm square tin.

Put the butter and chocolate into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar and stir well. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well. Add both the flours, ground almonds and pistachios and stir well.

Spoon the mixture into the tin and spread level. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until the edges feel firm and the centre is slightly soft. Leave to cool.
4.
When cold cut into 16 squares and then cut each square into triangles.
