- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread (or brown bread)
- 2 Pear (ripe)
- 300 grams Camembert
- 8 Tbsps Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 8 leaves Endive
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Spread bread thinly with butter. Spread with half of mustard thinly and smooth.

Rinse and dry pears, cut lengthwise into 0.5 cm (approximately 1/5 inch) thick slices, core. Place 3-4 pear slices on each bread slice. Cut cheese into 0.5 slices (approximately 1/5 inch) and arrange on top of pears. Garnish with mustard and endives and serve.
