- 400 grams waxy potatoes
- 6 Anchovy
- 1 Red onion
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chopped Pistachio
- 1 tsp Caper
- 4 slices Black bread
- 100 grams cream cheese
- Frisée (for garnish)
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes. Then peel and let cool to lukewarm.

Rinse the anchovies, pat dry and cut in half lengthwise. Peel onion, halve and cut into strips.

Mix creme fraiche with the lemon juice, honey, pistachios and capers.
4.
Spread bread slices with cream cheese. Cut potatoes into slices and place on the bread slices. Top with anchovies and drizzle with the creme fraiche dressing. Garnish with onion, frisee lettuce and freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
