- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 100 grams ground Walnut
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 100 grams sugar
- 4 Tbsps sea buckthorn berry juice
- 80 milliliters vegetable oil
- 200 grams Natural yogurt
- 60 milliliters Sea buckthorn syrup
- 6 halved Walnut
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and nuts. In another bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar, juice, oil and yogurt. Stir in the flour mixture and spoon the batter into the muffin tin.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
4.
Remove the muffins from the oven, drizzle with the syrup and top each with a piece of walnut and cool completely.
