- 400 grams Capellini
- salt
- 1 small onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 red Pepperoncini
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps finely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Cook the capellini in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente.

Peel and finely dice the pumpkin. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the onions, and sauté briefly. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Rinse and trim the peppers. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Add the peppers, and sauté briefly.

Add the remaining oil, and add the onions. Drain the pasta, and add to the garlic mixture. Mix in the parlsey, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates, and serve.
