- 4 large carrots (peeled)
- 2 Apple (cut into wedges, skin on)
- 4 tsps fresh ginger (finely diced)
- 1 sprig Baby greens (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Place the carrots, apples and ginger in the juicer and process. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with a carrot stick and baby greens. Serve.
