- 5 eggs
- 5 Tbsps milk
- 3 Tbsps flour
- 4 ¾ cups milk Cheese (e. g. Gouda; roughly grated)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- Oil (for frying)
- 1 handful Bean sprout
- Tomato-chili salsa (shop-bought)
Preparation steps
1.
Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with the milk and flour until smooth.

Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and stir in the cheese. Add to the egg yolk mixture. Season with nutmeg and fry in hot oil making small pancakes.
3.
Allow the pancakes to turn golden brown before flipping them. Serve with bean sprouts and tomato dip.
