6 Apple (e. g. Granny Smith, 2 quartered, cored and diced)
3 Tbsps crushed Ice
3 Tbsps sugar
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 cup Champagne

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the diced apple, crushed ice, sugar, lime juice and the champagne and then puree.
2.
Cut the tops off the remaining apples and hollow them out leaving a 1 cm edge all the way round.
3.
Pour the soup into the hollowed out apples and serve immediately.
