½ cup butter (softened)
cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ cups plain flour
½ tsp Baking powder
½ cup chopped Pecan
0.333 cup Chocolate chip (60 % cocoa)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200C / 180C fan and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
2.
Cream together the brown sugar, butter and egg.
3.
Mix together the flour and baking powder and fold into the butter mixture along with the nuts and chocolate chips.
4.
Using two teaspoons, spoon small piles of the mixture on the baking tray, flatten slightly and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
