- 50 grams sugar
- 200 milliliters Coconut milk
Preparation steps

Combine the tapioca with the shredded coconut and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl. Bring the coconut milk and 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of water to a boil and pour over the tapioca mixture. Mix well, cover and let cool for 2 hours. Transfer the mixture to 4 ramekins and refrigerate overnight.

To serve, drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and garnish with coconut shavings.
