- 500 grams Celery root
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 250 milliliters milk
- 300 milliliters Broth
- salt
- peppers
- 1 chili pepper
- 150 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
- 10 Sage
Preparation steps

Peel celery and coarsely chop. Peel and chop onion. Sauté both in 1 tablespoon oil. Add milk and broth and season with salt and pepper. Cook covered for about 20 minutes.

Rinse chili pepper, remove seeds and cut into fine strips. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and cook sage until crispy. Remove.
3.
Cook chili pepper and shrimp in hot sage oil for about 3 minutes. Puree celery soup with an immersion blender and pour into bowls. Serve with shrimp and additional sage if desired.
