1 stalk Leeks
150 grams Celery root
1 onion
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps butter
100 grams Bacon
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
100 milliliters Whipped cream
scallions (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw the peas. Rinse the leeks and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the celery, onion and garlic, then sauté together with the leeks and peas in 2 tablespoons of hot butter. After a few minutes add the broth and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.

Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Add the cream to the vegetables and puree evenly. Pour through a sieve and add a little broth if necessary. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into bowls and serve sprinkled with bacon and chives.
