- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup Shredded coconut
- ½ cup sugar
- 0.333 cup Macadamia Nuts (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps light corn syrup
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp hot water

1 Skewer (Holz oder Metall), 1 Aluminum foil, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Small bowl
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 170°C (150° fan) 325°F gas 3. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Place the oats, flour, coconut, sugar and macadamias in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Make a well in the centre of the mixture.

Heat the syrup and butter in a pan over a medium heat until melted and combined.
4.
Stir together the bicarbonate of soda and hot water, then add to the syrup mixture. Pour the mixture into the oats and stir until combined.
5.
Place tablespoons of the mixture, apart, onto the baking trays and press down slightly.
6.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool on the baking trays for 2-3 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
