- 150 grams Quark
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ¼ Cucumber
- 70 grams shrimp (ready to eat)
- planed Daikon radish (for garnish)
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
Preparation steps

In a bowl, stir together the quark, lemon juice and horseradish and season with salt and pepper. Cut the bread into quarters.

Cut the cucumber into cubes and add it, along with the shrimp, to the bowl with the quark mixture. Spoon the mixture onto the bread and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with grated radish.
