- 1 yellow paprika
- 1 red paprika
- 1 orange paprika
- 600 grams Cuttlefish (sliced into rings)
- 8 black Olives (pitted)
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- Sea salt
- ground paprika
- salad (for garnish, as desired)
Preparation steps

Peel the paprikas, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin strips.

Cut the olives into slices.
3.
Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the cuttlefish in a pan. Add the lemon juice and paprika strips, and simmer covered for about 4-5 minutes. Add the olives and season with sea salt and ground paprika.
Serve on plates sprinkled with ground paprika and garnished with salad bouquet.
