Grease a waffle iron and heat it according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and stir in the xylitol. Make a well in the center.

Gradually stir in the egg yolks with the vanilla and milk, a little at a time, until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
