Kitchen utensils

1 deep bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 2 Bowls, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Springform pan (24 cm Ø), 1 Parchment paper, 1 Wire rack, 1 Peeler, 1 Large knife, 1 Pot, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Small pot, 1 Cutting board, 1 Tea strainer

Preparation steps

1.
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks and honey with an electric whisk until pale and foamy.

Heat the milk until bubbles form at the edge of the pan. Do not let it boil!
3.
Whisk the egg whites until stiffly peaking. Add the warm milk and the wheatgerm to the egg yolk mixture and puree with a hand blender until combined. Add nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.
4.
Next carefully stir in the beaten egg whites. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, with fruit.
