- Chives
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 2 Tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rings. Spread on 4 small plates.
2.
Peel eggs and cut off bottoms thinly, set on plates.
3.
Rinse and dry tomatoes, halve and remove seeds. Place on top of eggs like mushroom caps.
4.
Dot mayonnaise decoratively on top of tomatoes. Serve.
