- 1 ½ cups Almond milk
- ⅔ cup light Coconut milk
- ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps light Agave syrup
- 1.333 cups canned Pineapple (drained)
- 2 Tbsps shelled Pistachio (chopped)
- ½ cup Coconut flakes
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the oats, both milks, a pinch of ground cinnamon, and the agave nectar in a saucepan.

Cook over a medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickened and creamy.
3.
Spoon into bowls and top with the pineapple chunks, pistachios, and coconut flakes.
