Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F.)

2.

Cook lasagna noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente. Lift out noodles using a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen towels.

3.

Cut fish fillets in large pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in a pan and fry breadcrumbs until brown, stirring constantly to prevent breadcrumbs from immediately burning. As soon as breadcrumbs turn brown, quickly slide from pan into bowl. Season with salt and set aside.

5.

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a small pan over low heat.

6.

Grease a baking dish with butter flakes and line with cooked lasagna noodles. Brush noodles with melted butter and spread all fillets on top. Top with remaining lasagna noodles and drizzle or brush with remaining melted butter. Season with pepper.

7.

Slide in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle lasagna with thick layer of roasted breadcrumbs, cut into pieces and serve immediately.
