- 6 ripe Tomatoes (small)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps blanched almonds
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 slice cooked ham (diced)

For a larger crowd, this can also be prepared in a buttered casserole dish and browned under the broiler.
Preparation steps

Preheat the raclette grill and grease the raclette pans with butter.

Wash and halve the tomatoes; place in the prepared raclette pans cut side up. Season with salt and pepper.

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the parsley, almonds, olive oil, garlic, and vegetable broth. Pulse 2 or 3 times. Stir in Parmesan cheese and diced ham.
4.
Spread the mixture evenly over each tomato. Place raclette pans under the preheated raclette grill. Cook until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with baguette.
