Remove shrimp from the bowl and carefully devein. Heat butter in a large pan, add shrimp, fry for 4 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cut tomatoes crosswise, blanch in a pot of hot water and peel. Then halve, core and dice tomatoes.

Remove shrimp from the pan, add tomatoes and sauté with thyme and rosemary. Add broth and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange shrimp on a plate, cover with tomato sauce and serve.
