- 500 grams Yam
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Peel the yams, rinse and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place the yams in a pot with salted water and simmer for about 30 minutes. Drain the yams and let cool.

Fry the cooked yams in a pan in hot butter, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the fried yams sprinkled with parsley.
