2 cups Blackberry (rinsed and drained)
¼ cup unsweetened Apple juice
3 Tbsps jam sugar
For the crumble
½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
0.333 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup Almond flour
1 cup sliced Nut (such as walnuts, almonds or pecans)
5 Tbsps rolled oats

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 400°F).

Put the apples and blackberries in a saucepan with the apple juice and jam sugar and bring to the boil, then transfer to a baking dish.

Mix the sugar with both flours and rub in the butter. Mix in the nuts and rolled oats.

4.

Cover the fruit with the crumble topping and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until bubbling and topping is golden brown.
