1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Roll out the puff pastry on a surface dusted with flour into a large rectangle, with the long side of the rectangle closest to you. Brush the surface with melted butter.
3.
Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon evenly all over the pastry, then sprinkle evenly with raisins.
4.
Cut into about 12 x 2.5cm|1" vertical strips.

Roll up each end of the strips to meet in the centre, as in the photo.
6.
Carefully place on the baking trays and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
