- 8 leaves gelatin
- 2 cups water
- 7 Tbsps Elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup Raspberries
- To decorate

1 Casserole dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 2 Tablespoons, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve, 1 Can opener, 1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Casserole dish
Preparation steps
1.
Soak the gelatine leaves in a small bowl of water for about 10 minutes.

Heat the water and cordial in a pan, stirring, until combined. Do not allow to boil.
3.
Squeeze out the gelatine and add to the hot mixture. Whisk until the gelatine has dissolved. Allow to cool.
4.
Pour a shallow layer of the jelly into the bottom of each serving glass and arrange a few raspberries on top. Chill until set.
5.
Cover with more jelly and raspberries and chill until set. Add the remaining jelly mixture and chill until set. Decorate with mint leaves.
