1 ½ cups fresh, mixed Berry rinsed (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
2 ripe Apricot (washed and quartered)
1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
2 cups Muesli (may substitute oatmeal)
¼ cup sliced almonds
1 ½ cups milk
¾ cup plain Yogurt
2 Tbsps raisins
2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps butter (roughly chopped)
2 Tbsps brown sugar

1 Small pot, 1 beschichtete Springform pan, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Silicone spoon, 1 Fork

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to grill or broil.

In a large bowl, combine half of the fruit, muesli, almonds, milk, yogurt, raisins and honey. Stir to thoroughly mix.
3.
Spoon the fruit and cereal mixture into 4 oven-proof bowls; top with remaining fruit and butter.

Sprinkle with brown sugar.
5.
Place under the broiler for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the fruit is golden brown and caramelized. Serve.
