¼ cup raw Amaranth
5 ½ ozs Dried Fruit (cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts pumpkin seeds, raisins, cranberries, dried apricots, etc)
5 ½ ozs Nut (cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts pumpkin seeds, raisins, cranberries, dried apricots, etc)
¼ cup honey
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
2 Tbsps Maple syrup
2 Tbsps light brown sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract

1 großer Pot mit Deckel, 1 Knife, 1 Paper towel, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Sieve, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small bowl, 1 Slotted spatula

Preparation steps

1.
Heat a large frying pan over a high heat and add the quinoa and amaranth grains in small batches, stirring with a wooden spoonuntil they 'pop'. Remove the popped grain and cook further batches. Set aside to cool.

Put the fruit and nuts into a food processor. Blend until coarsely chopped and tip into a bowl.

Add the quinoa and amaranth to the fruit mixture.
4.
Put the honey, coconut oil, maple syrup, brown sugar and salt in a pan over a low heat until just heated and melted, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
5.
Add it to the fruit mixture and stir until well mixed.
6.
Roll into small balls and place on non-stick baking paper until cold.
