- 3 dessert Apple (peeled, cored and finely chopped)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps Agave syrup
- 2 Banana (chopped)
- 1 sheet ready-rolled Puff pastry
- milk (to glaze)
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/400°F/gas 6.

Put the apples, cinnamon and syrup into a pan and heat gently for 3–4 minutes until the apple is just cooked. Remove from the heat and cool.

Cut the pastry into 6 squares. Add the chopped banana to the apple mixture. Place spoonfuls of the mixture into the centre of each square.
4.
Brush the edges of the pastry with milk. Fold the corners of the pastry into the centre to make a pocket. Brush with milk. Place on a baking tray.
5.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
