- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 Chicken legs
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 Sage
- 1 stem Lemon balm
Preparation steps

Peel garlic bulb.

Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place chicken legs skin down in a roasting pan. Drizzle chicken with oil and pour 1 cup water and wine into roasting pan.

Add garlic bulb and bay leaves and stew everything about 20 minutes. Rinse herbs, pat dry and chop.
4.
After 20 minutes, turn chicken legs over, baste with sauce, add herbs and cook another 25-30 minutes.
