- 4 Crottin de Chavignol
- 2 thin Zucchini
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- herb salt (with herbs de Provence)
- white peppers
- Olives
- Wooden skewer
Preparation steps

Drain cheese well. Rinse zucchini and slice lengthwise into thin slices. Blanch in hot water for a few minutes and drain well. Rinse herbs and shake dry. Wrap zucchini slices around cheese pieces and insert thyme sprigs inside.

Heat butter in a pan and cook cheese rolls until golden brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper, arrange on plates and serve accompanied by olives.
