- 4 large carrots (peeled and grated)
- lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 2 tsps black Onion seed
- 2 cups Cottage cheese
- 1 salad Cress
- 8 slices Wholemeal Bread
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the grated carrot with the lemon juice and onion seeds and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Divide the cottage cheese between the slices of bread then top with the carrot and cress.
