- 0.333 cup Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps good quality olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped, fresh Dill (may substitute 1 teaspoon dry dill weed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 6 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 ½ cups chopped, deli rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups Grape tomato (rinsed and halved)
- 1 medium Cucumber (peeled; seeded and chopped)
- 4 Radish (washed; trimmed and thinly sliced)
- ½ cup finely chopped Red onions (or yellow onion)
- ⅔ cup pitted Kalamata Olive
- ½ cup crumbled Feta (optional)
- 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
Preparation steps

Whisk vinegar, oil, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl until thoroughly blended. Add lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced radishes, onion, olives, and feta; gently toss to coat. Garnish with egg slices

Divide salad among plates, garnish with egg slices and serve.
