- 4 tart Apple
- 40 grams Marzipan
- 40 grams Cranberry
- 2 centiliters Orange liqueur
- 1 generous pinch Orange zest
- 100 grams Red currant jelly
- 60 grams chopped Walnut

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apples and cut out the cores with an apple corer. Push the marzipan into the bottom of the hollowed apples.

Mix the cranberries with the orange liqueur and orange zest. Then mix the cranberries with the jelly and the walnuts and fill the apples. Place each apple on a piece of foil brushed with melted butter. Top each apple with butter flakes and wrap up in the foil. Cook the apples in the foil on a hot grill for 20-25 minutes. Then carefully unwrap the apples and serve warm.
