Grill Skewers with Beef, Shrimp and Chicken

- 350 grams Beef fillet
- 1 small Zucchini
- 1 Red onion
- 1 yellow paprika
- 12 rosemary
- salt

- Vanilla oil
- 350 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 Red paprika
- 1 yellow Zucchini
- 16 thyme
- 16 kitchen-ready shrimp
- 2 slices Pineapple
- 1 white onion
- 1 green paprika
- Lemon infused olive oil
Preparation steps
For beef skewers, rinse zucchini and bell peppers. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and then cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Cut bell pepper in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Peel onion, cut into quarters and cut into thick slices. Cut beef into 20 3-4 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes. On 4 skewers alternately stick beef, zucchini, onion, pepper and rosemary. Repeat until there are 5 pieces of meat on each skewer and season with salt and pepper. Brush with vanilla oil and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, until golden brown.
For the chicken skewers, rinse zucchini and bell peppers. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Cut bell pepper in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Cut chicken breast into 20 approximately 3-4 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes. On 4 skewers alternately stick chicken, zucchini, bell pepper and thyme. Repeat until there are 5 pieces of meat on each skewer and season with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, until golden brown.
For shrimp skewers, rinse shrimp and pat dry. Cut pineapple into 16 pieces. Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Peel onion, cut into quarters and cut into thick slices. On 4 skewers alternately stick shrimp, pineapple, onion, and bell peppers. Repeat until there are 5 pieces of meat on each skewer and season with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, until golden brown.
