Chicken meat contains considerable amounts of niacin, also called vitamin B3. The body needs it for important metabolic processes; among other things, niacin also supports the formation of fatty acids in the body.
grilling chicken thighs made easy: in order for the meat to brown evenly from all sides, regular turning is important. after about 20 minutes the chicken is cooked. this can also be checked with a grill thermometer: if the temperature is 75 to 80 degrees at the thickest point, it is allowed to serve!

- 8 Chicken thigh (with legs)
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Sea salt
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- salt
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 4 Tomatoes
Preparation steps
Rinse the chicken legs and pat dry. Mix the honey, lemon juice, 4 tablespoons oil, cayenne pepper and thyme and season with salt and pepper. Brush the legs with the mixture. Cook on a hot grill topped with sprigs of rosemary for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Rinse the tomatoes, drizzle with the remaining oil, season with salt and grill for about 10 minutes. Serve the chicken and tomatoes together on plates.
