Preparation steps

1.

For the meatball skewers: Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.

2.

Knead the ground beef with the onions and garlic. Season well with salt, paprika and cayenne. Shape into 12 small balls. Thread onto wooden skewers with a bay leaf and a lemon wedge in between each meatball. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the skewers on all sides for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Or brush with a little oil and grill.

3.

For the chicken skewers: Rinse the fillets and pat dry. Cut lengthwise into thick strips. Rub with salt, pepper and curry powder. Thread onto wooden skewers with tomato slices. Cook on all sides in hot oil for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Can also be grilled.

4.

Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Place each potato in 1 sage leaf and wrap it with bacon. Thread two potatoes each on wooden skewers. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook on all sides until golden brown. Can also be grilled.
