Preparation steps

Layer the ham, cheese and apple slices on 2 slices of toast and place the remaining bread slices on top.

Press well. Spread butter lightly on each side of the sandwich.
Toast again, until golden brown, in a skillet over medium heat. Halve diagonally and serve immediately.
