- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 150 grams Salmon caviar
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 sm jar Corn
- 2 Red onions
- 2 bunches curly parsley
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Peel eggs, halve lengthwise and remove yolks with spoon. Place a dollop of caviar in each egg. Peel onions and cut into rings. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Drain corn.
2.
Rinse parsley, pluck leaves and mix with onions, tomatoes and corn. Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve with eggs.
