- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 125 grams chopped Hazelnuts
- 125 grams breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon (peel only, finely grated)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps Cocoa
- 120 grams butter
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- butter (for the baking dish)
Preparation steps

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente and drain in a colander. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). In the meantime, lightly toast the nuts in a dry frying pan and then place in a bowl.

Place breadcrumbs, grated lemon peel, cinnamon, sugar and cocoa in a large bowl and mix well. Toss with tagliatelle in the bowl. Melt butter over low heat and add to bowl. Mix ingredients together and season with lemon juice.

Coat an oven-proof dish with butter, add the tagliatelle-nut mixture and bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
