- ½ cup Blueberries (washed, sorted and carefully dried)
- ½ cup Red currant (washed, sorted and carefully dried)
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 3 Tbsps Shredded coconut (toasted in a dry pan and cooled)
- ⅜ cup Coconut milk
- ⅞ cup milk
Preparation steps
1.
Lay the berries in a shallow dish and place in the freezer for ca. 30 minutes.

Puree the berries, sugar, 2 tbsp of the desiccated coconut, coconut milk and milk in a blender.
3.
Pour into two glasses and serve sprinkled with the remaining desiccated coconut.
