- 1 Savoy cabbage (chopped)
- 4 medium potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 16 ozs flat ribbon Buckwheat noodle (gluten-free)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup Fontina cheese (chopped)
- 2 Sage (torn)
- ½ cup butter
- 1 Leek (chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps

Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil, add the cabbage, potatoes and pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until soft. Drain well and mix in both cheeses and the sage.

Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking dish.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the leek until just tender, but not brown.
4.
Put the pasta mixture in the baking dish. Pour over the hot butter and leeks. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then mix together well.
5.
Bake for about 20 minutes until piping hot.
