- 4 cups ground Meat (pork or beef)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 red chili peppers (cut into rings)
- 1 walnut-sized ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 cup meat Broth
- 2 cups baking potatoes (diced)
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 cup frozen peas
- cayenne pepper
- To serve
- Naan (optional)

1 Small bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Aluminum foil, 1 Kitchen shears, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Cutting board, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 große Skillet mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Slotted spatula
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the ghee in a skillet and gently fry the meat until lightly browned.

Add the onions, garlic, chilli, ginger, cumin, garam masala and turmeric and cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes.
3.
Add the broth, potatoes and the paprika. Cook on a low heat for approx. 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.
Stir in the peas and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and serve with naan bread.
