- ½ cup Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (sliced thin)
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp Cumin (ground)
- 1 tsp cilantro (ground)
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp Cardamom (ground)
- ¼ tsp cloves (ground)
- ¼ tsp Black pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 whole Chicken breasts (split)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine first 11 ingredients in a shallow pan.

Make shallow cuts in chicken breasts. Place in pan and marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight, turning at least once.
3.
Pre-heat grill. Grill the chicken for approximately 35-40 minutes over a medium flame turning midway through (internal temperature of 180°F). Remove from heat and place on a plate to rest, 5 minutes or so. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
